Extreme obesity

Kidney diseases and 
Liver disease. Also, people with a weak immune system like HIV patients, cancer patients, and people with prolonged use of corticosteroids and other immune weakening medications. 
The good news is that you can prevent developing an illness at a later stage in life by eating healthily.
