The food pyramid is a visual representation of a healthy diet, and which contains the required nutrient in the recommended portion sizes and serving size-protein, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. You can choose from any of the food groups daily. However, you should ensure you consume the required serving size. A serving of fish could be one piece (small portion).
